Robinson is developing a web-based, user-friendly interface to our computer system.

BA Online will allow our customers to place and trace orders, obtain quotations, check account balances, find product and check stock levels, all at their convenience. This exciting new offering wil be ready for testing in the fall of 2007, and a number of staff and customers will be involved in assessing its capabilities. Listening to our customer needs in ensuring that product lookups are easy to use and information is relevant will guarantee the successful launch of this new service.
